Who we are

This site is run by Bathy, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Bathy", "we"). This notice covers the one thing this site collects: the email address you choose to leave for launch news.

What we collect

• The email address you type into the form.
• The date and time you left it.

We do not set cookies, run analytics or advertising trackers, or collect your name, location or device details through this site.

Why we use it

To tell you when Bathy launches and to send occasional news about the launch. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who else handles it

We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is stored with the service providers that host this site and our database (Vercel, Inc. and Supabase, Inc.), which process it only on our behalf. If we later use an email delivery service to send launch news, it will handle your address only to deliver our messages.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop sending launch news, whichever comes first. We delete it within 30 days after that.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any message we send, or email privacy@bathy.io to see, correct or delete the address we hold. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Where it is stored

Your address is stored in the United States. If you are outside the United States, you consent to that transfer by submitting the form.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their addresses.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
